Knipe Land Company (“KLC”) and John Knipe (“Knipe”) appeal from a jury verdict in favor of Richard Robertson, Johnnie Robertson and Robertson Kennels, Inc. (collectively, “Respondents”). KLC and Knipe (collectively, “Appellants”) ask that this Court grant a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, alternatively, a new trial.
