KENNEDY, District Judge.

This is a libel suit seeking to declare a forfeiture as to certain property alleged to have been used in connection with the operation of an illicit distillery located on a ranch in eastern Laramie county, Wyo. After the issuance of the usual writ of monition and attachment and the requisite advertisement in connection therewith, one Robert A. Boyd interposed his petition in intervention as the owner of the Ford truck with the contents thereof consisting of 3,500 pounds of sugar, 1% tons of coke, and 500 empty cans, the same being but a portion of the property herein…
