*81This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment of the Pike circuit court, rendered in two actions on its equity docket that, following the completion of the issues in each, were consolidated, heard together and disposed of by the one judgment. Each of the actions was instituted by the appellants, some ofvwhom are Children, others grandchildren, and all of them heirs at law of O. M. B.
