Randall Noe Chrysler Dodge, LLP, Randall Noe Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and Randall Noe Ford Mercury LLP appeal the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Oakley Tire and Kyle Oakley. In eight points of error, Randall Noe argues the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Oakley on Randall Noe’s negligence, trespass, nuisance, negligence per se, and trespass per se claims. In addition, Randall Noe argues summary judgment was improperly granted in favor of Kyle Oakley in his individual capacity. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
