— Appellant brought this action against the Illinois National Fire Insurance Company of Springfield, Illinois, and the Manufacturers Mutual Fire Insurance Company, upon a policy of insurance issued under the following circumstances. The Manufacturers Mutual Fire Insurance Company was engaged in the general fire insurance business in the State of Indiana, and having occasion to reinsure a part of the risk assumed by it, such reinsurance was placed with the Illinois National Fire Insurance Company of Springfield, Illinois.
