STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decision of the trial court dismissing the complaint of the Chapter X Trustee of Central San Vicente, Inc. 1 (San Vicente), a Puerto Rican sugar mill, seeking to recover the $250,000 paid by San Vicente to the ap-pellee, The Chase Manhattan Bank (Chase) alleged to be a fraudulent transfer as defined by § 67d of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 107.
