Plaintiff Marian Finn appeals from the summary judgment entered in her claim against defendant Kezios Properties Group1 for injuries she sustained when she fell in a parking lot owned by defendant. According to plaintiff, summary judgment was inappropriate because there was a genuine issue of fact as to the presence of an unnatural accumulation of ice or water, and the defendant owed plaintiff a duty of ordinary care.
