This appeal stems from a negligence action relating to injuries sustained in a slip and fall involving ice and snow in the parking lot of a grocery store. Following the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Dominick’s Finer Foods (Dominick’s), Debbie Tzakis filed the instant appeal arguing that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in the face of evidence presented to the court.
