Defendant Ashanti Bryant Lockett appeals as of right from his convictions by a jury of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-I), MCL 750.520b(l)(c) (penetration under circumstances involving another felony), and accosting a minor for immoral purposes, MCL 750.145a. The trial court, applying a fourth-offense habitual offender enhancement under MCL 769.12, sentenced Lockett to 25 to 45 years’ imprisonment for the CSC-I conviction and to a concurrent term of 5 to 15 years’ imprisonment for the accosting conviction.
