This suit was instituted on a manufacturers’ public liability policy of insurance, issued by the defendant company, dated June 25th, 1912. The policy covered the period from August 2d, 1912, to August 2d, 1913, whereby it agreed to indemnify the plaintiff company against loss resulting from claims, against the assured for damages, on account of bodily injuries, including death, accidentally suffered by any person or persons not employed by the assured, by reason 'of the business described and conducted at the location named in the warranties…
