Marshall, J.:

This is an action on an employer’s liability insurance policy. The plaintiff recovered judgment. The defendant appeals.

The defendant issued to the plaintiff a policy of liability insurance, by the terms of which it agreed to indemnify the plaintiff against loss, by reason of liability imposed on the plaintiff by law, for damages on account of injuries to any of its employees while engaged in the business described as “packing house, including handling of cattle and slaughtering,” and while engaged in the work of making ordinary repairs…
