The facts appearing from the foregoing statement,.in brief, are that McNamara, a resident of Arapahoe county, Colorado, made, executed and acknowledged a general deed of assignment for the benefit of his creditors, which was filed for record in the office of the clerk and recorder of said county on the 18th day of July, 1898. On the same day Mrs. Mary E.
