MEMORANDUM OPINION
ERWIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The court has reviewed the voluminous record compiled in this case and for the reasons stated herein, grants the defendant’s motion for summary judgment as to plaintiff’s claims under Section 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1; Section 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2; Section 3 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 14; as well as plaintiff’s claims under Chapter 75 of the North Carolina…
