MEMORANDUM ORDER
CANCIO, Chief Judge.
This is an action of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction as more.fully appears from the file of this case, which was originally commenced in the Superior Court of Puerto Rico, San Juan Section, pursuant to the Saving to Suitor’s Clause contained in 28 U.S.C.A. § 1333, and removed therefrom to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1337, 1441, and the applicable case law.
