Defendant, Lawrence Chirlow, appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(C). Appointed counsel for Defendant filed an appellate brief pursuant to Anders v. California , 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and State v.
