OPINION
Elaintiffs, Sonia DeLuna, Susanna DeLuna, Griselda DeLuna, and Oscar DeLuna, filed a legal malpractice action in the circuit court of Cook County against defendants, Eloy Burciaga, Barbara Clinite, and Michael Rathsack. Defendants moved to dismiss plaintiffs’ fourth amended complaint, arguing that plaintiffs’ suit was foreclosed by the applicable statute of repose.
