Michael Diez, Appellant, appeals the trial court’s summary judgment entered in favor of Alaska Structures, Inc. (“Alaska”), Appellee. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Diez was an employee of Merry Mechanization, a Florida-based company which writes and supports metal fabrication computer software. Alaska operated a high-tech fabric shelter systems manufacturing facility at a premises located at 10826 Pel-licano in El Paso, Texas. The premises were owned by Roller King, Inc.
