FLAHERTY, Judge.

Maxine L. Wasson (Plaintiff), Executrix of the Estate of Roy E. Walters, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County (trial court), dated February 26, 1997, denying Plaintiffs Petition for Relief of Judgment of non pros which was entered on October 24, 1996. We reverse.
