*739Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Franklin County (Main, Jr., J.), rendered June 23, 1997, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of two counts of the crime of sexual abuse in the first degree.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree in satisfaction of a superior court information charging those crimes, as well as any other uncharged offenses involving the same victims. In exchange, the District Attorney agreed to follow the Probation Department’s recommendation as to the sentence to be imposed.…
