SECTION I ORDER & REASONS Before this Court is a motion1 filed by defendant, Alliance Offshore, LLC (“Alliance” or “defendant”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) to dismiss the claims made against it by the plaintiff, Aaron Banks (“Banks”).2 Banks opposes the motion.3 For the reasons discussed below, the Court will grant the defendant’s motion and dismiss Banks’ claims against Alliance.
