Defendants prosecute this appeal from a judgment quieting plaintiff’s title to real property against the defendants and each of them. The case is submitted upon an agreed written statement of facts which may be summarized as follows:
The land involved is situated within the boundaries of the Santa Barbara national forest. United States patent was issued to Mary Stauch on May 5, 1904, and recorded in the office of the county recorder of Ventura County on November 29, 1904.
