Carter, Judge, dismissing his complaint alleging that defendant Douglas Elliman-Gibbons & Ives, Inc. (“DEGI”), discriminated and retaliated against him in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
