Braselton Brothers, Inc., brought an action against James Saxton and Better Maid Dairy Products, Inc., charging fraud and deceit by Saxton, agent of Better Maid Dairy Products, Inc. Braselton Brothers, Inc., appealed to the Court of Appeals from the judgment of the trial • judge sustaining the general demurrer of Better Maid Dairy Products, Inc., to the petition as amended.
