These consolidated cases came before the Supreme Court on petitions for certiorari in respect to a final decree of the Appellate Division of the Workers’ Compensation Court (Appellate Division). Employee Patricia Callaghan (Callaghan) sought review of the Appellate Division’s reversal of one of two cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) granted to her by a trial judge of the Workers’ Compensation Court.
