This is an accident case. The plaintiffs (the defendants in error in this court) brought suit against the defendant (the plaintiff in error here) to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff Emaline Buckle)', and for damages sustained by Samuel S. Buckley, the other plaintiff and husband of Emaline Buckley, by reason of the defendant’s alleged negligence.
