This appeal challenges a verdict and judgment holding the appellant responsible for a head-on collision that occurred on the night of March 11, 1965, on Highway 65 in the city of Conway. T.I.M.E. contends that it was entitled to a directed verdict, for the reason that the appellees’ evidence failed to prove that a T.I.M.E. tractor-trailer unit was involved in the collision.
