This is a tort suit involving injuries to appellant Andrew Downey which occurred during a $4,000,000 remodeling of the Georgia-Pacific Corporation’s particle board plant at Crossett. On September 15, 1975 appellee Freddie May was operating a crane which was located just outside a wall of the plant. The roof of the building had been removed. The boom of the crane reached over the top of the wall, and the lines extended down inside the building.
