BOND, Chief Justice.

The rights of each of the parties in this suit hinge on the provisions of the will of Dr. J. H. Neale, giving effect to the intention of the testator as expressed in the will. Counsel for all parties have assembled, reviewed, and analyzed authorities by courts of this and other states involving construction of wills in many respects similar to the one here under consideration.
