— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Board of Estimate of the City of New York which set aside a determination of the Board of Standards and Appeals granting petitioner a permit to erect a microwave tower, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered June 27, 1978, which, inter alia, dismissed the petition.
