— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the New York City Board of Estimate, which disapproved the decision of the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals to grant petitioners’ application for a special use permit, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 12, 1977, which dismissed the petition and denied their request for injunctive relief.
