This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Amend Complaint (Dkt.# 135), filed on February 14, 2007. On March 22, 2007, the Magistrate Judge issued a Recommendation that the Motion to Amend be denied (Dkt.# 159). Plaintiffs timely filed Objections to the Recommendation on April 5, 2007 (Dkt.# 167).
