Plaintiff State of Ohio, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (the “BWC”), has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Summary Judgment Motion”) on its complaint, which seeks a judgment that a debt owing from Defendant Gilbert Foster (“Foster” or “Debtor”) to the BWC is non-dischargeable.
