SWANSTROM, Judge.
John Santillanes appeals from a district court judgment awarding Property Management Services, Inc., (PMSI), damages allegedly caused by Santillanes while he was in possession of a restaurant and lounge facility under a written lease. On appeal, Santillanes contends that the district court erred in awarding PMSI damages for loss of “.non-disposable” inventory and for waste alleged to have been commit ted on the premises.
