This is an appeal by the appellant, Sylvester R. Hornbuckle, from a judgment of conviction, following a jury trial, for robbery first degree, attempted kidnapping (two counts), armed criminal action, attempted stealing of a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and making a false declaration. He was found to be a prior offender and sentenced to a total of seventy-three years in the Department of Corrections and Human Services. Appellant alleges several grounds of error.
