OPINION
GOETTEL, District Judge.
Defendants Jeffrey W. Rasey, Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and Sergeant Matthew Willauer of the Bloomfield Police Department 1 have moved for summary judgment on the ground of qualified immunity [Doc. # 74] . 2 The only remaining count against these Defendants is brought pursuant to Bivens v.
