MEMORANDUM OPINION
(September 22, 2010)
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Jeffrey K. Browne’s (herein after “J. Browne”) “Motion for Judgment of Acquittal” *69and “Motion for New Trial” filed on December 28, 2009. On December 31, 20097, Defendant Luis Melendez (hereinafter “Melendez”) joined in both Motions. On January 8, 2010, and January 12, 2010, the People of the Virgin Islands (hereinafter “People”) filed Oppositions to both Motions. Defendant J. Browne filed his Replies to the People’s Oppositions on February 1, 2010 and February 26, 2010.
