THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s “Motion for Judgment of Acquittal or, in the Alternative Motion for a New Trial”; the People’s Objection thereto; and Defendant’s “Supplemental Motion for Judgment of Acquittal or, in the Alternative, Motion for A New Trial;” and *354the People’s Supplemental Objection thereto. The Court heard arguments on these Motions on June 28, 2010.
