Doctor Antonio Marchany, at the direction of the district attorney, performed an autopsy on the body of Roque Pérez, who had died as the result of a bullet wound. At the trial of Ovidio Vélez for the alleged murder of Pérez, Marchany was a witness on behalf of the government.
