Condosta v. Grussing

Plaintiff Condosta appeals from an order of the Windham Superior Court granting defendants’ motions to dismiss his complaint on the ground that the complaint failed to state a cause of action upon which relief could be granted. V.R.C.P. 12(b) (6).
