This is a workmen’s compensation case. Roosevelt J. LaBorde, appellee, suffered a heart attack while performing his duties for his employer, William H. LaDew, on October 29, 1949, and thereafter made claim against appellants, his employer and the insurance carrier, for compensation under Chap. 354, Laws of 1948. After a hearing, the attorney-referee made an order allowing the claim and directing appellant, the insurance carrier, to pay compensation.
