Defendant was convicted by a jury of first degree burglary and attempted first degree rape. The Court of Appeals affirmed. State v. Demos, 25 Wn. App. 15, 605 P.2d 786 (1979). We granted review and affirm the Court of Appeals.
Defendant does not challenge the burglary conviction.
