CHAPMAN, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case based on the contention in the motion for such judgment that the pleadings on file of plaintiff below, Morrison Supply Company, and the exhibits attached thereto as a part thereof show no genuine issue of fact against either of the defendants-ap-pellees as a matter of law.
