INTRODUCTION
The defendants in the captioned matter have moved to dismiss plaintiffs first amended complaint. The plaintiff has alleged numerous causes of action in the following counts: (1) violation of the plaintiff’s constitutional rights (42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West 1981)); (2) violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1 et seq.
