The appellant, the Mississippi Valley Trust Company, filed its bill of complaint in the chancery court of Coahoma - county against Earl Brewer, Mrs. Earl Brewer, Mrs. Earline Brewer Shelton, Mrs. W. P. Holland, J. W. Cutrer, Mrs. J. W. Cutrer, and the Bank of Clarksdale, seeking to set aside alleged fraudulent conveyances therein particularly set forth, and to enjoin the Bank of Clarksdale from paying out and distributing to the defendants funds and property of certain of the defendants then in its possession.
