SAYLOR, District Judge.

This is a civil action for money damages brought by three police officers pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged violation of their constitutional rights and for various state law claims. Defendants have moved for summary judgment as to certain claims brought by plaintiff Peter Graupner on the grounds that he failed to disclose them in a prior bankruptcy proceeding and therefore lacks standing to assert the claims, and, in the alternative, should be judicially es-topped from asserting…
