Miss Julia Cleghorn Hill and A. B. David brought a petition for injunction against G. C. Kirkley individually and as executor of the estate of Mrs. Emy W. Kirkley, deceased, Wofford Oil Company of Georgia, and G. B. Dunagan, to restrain the Wofford Oil Company from erecting a filling-station in the City of Calhoun, Georgia.
