HaRT, District Judge:
This suit was brought by the plaintiff corporation to quiet title to all of the waters of Salt creek, in Juab county, and its tributaries, Hop creek and Rock springs, and to enjoin and restrain defendant from interfering with any of the waters of said streams. The defendant answered denying all the allegations of the complaint, and by cross complaint set up title in himself to the waters of Hop creek and Rock springs, and prayed that his title be quieted, and the plaintiff enjoined from interfering therewith.
