This matter is before the court on the Motion to Dismiss Petition in Bankruptcy filed by petitioners George W. Boon (“Boon”); Gary Ruben (“Ruben”), Marion K. Wingard (“Wingard”), Alvin Strawn (“Strawn”), Stephen R. Davis (“Davis”), and Robert E. Croup (“Croup”). By their motion petitioners seek to dismiss a Chapter 11 Petition filed by Acoustic Fiber Sound Systems, Inc., (“AFS”).
