GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.

Jimmie Jay Lawson conditionally pled guilty to knowingly possessing a computer containing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B), preserving his right to appeal the district court’s 1 denial of his motion to suppress statements he made to a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”).
