BAUER, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of his age discrimination action on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The district court granted defendant’s motion, holding that plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of age discrimination and, further, that defendant discharged plaintiff for nondiscriminatory reasons. For the reasons stated below, we reverse the decision of the district court and remand for trial.
